Free readiness evaluation
Find out where AI will actually pay off in your business
The AI Audit is a structured evaluation of your current tech stack, data, and team readiness — delivered as a written report, not a sales pitch. You'll know what's worth automating, what isn't ready yet, and where the risk sits, before you spend a dollar on implementation.
What's included in the audit
- A documented readiness score across data, security, and team adoption capacity
- A prioritized list of your most automation-ready workflows, ranked by expected ROI
- A risk register flagging any compliance or data-governance issues before they become expensive
- A plain-language summary you can share with stakeholders who don’t want the technical detail
How it works
- 01
Submit your business details
Tell us about your current tools, team size, and the specific pain points you suspect AI could address.
- 02
We assess your stack
We review your data infrastructure, security posture, and the workflows your team runs day to day — no generic checklist, an actual look at your systems.
- 03
You get a readiness report
A written report scoring your readiness across data, security, and team dimensions, with a prioritized list of what to automate first and what to leave alone for now.
- 04
Optional roadmap conversation
If the audit surfaces high-ROI opportunities, we walk through what a phased implementation would look like — with no obligation to engage us to build it.
Questions before you request one
- Is the AI Audit really free, and what’s the catch?
- The initial audit is free because it is also how we determine whether we are a good fit to work together. There is no obligation to hire us afterward — you keep the readiness report regardless. The only "catch" is that the audit is scoped to a focused initial assessment; a full implementation roadmap with detailed ROI modeling is a separate, paid engagement under our Custom AI Roadmap service.
- What information do you need from us to run the audit?
- A short intake form covering your current tools, team size, and the workflows you suspect could be automated. We do not need access to your production systems or sensitive data to deliver an initial readiness assessment.
- How long does the audit take?
- Most readiness reports are delivered within five business days of intake, depending on the complexity of your current systems.
